The figure of Christ is something that many are aware of. But the understanding of the Christ energy and how it lives within each of us is less understood. There is so much to our world we do not yet know, and the dynamic of connection with Spiritual beings is one of them. We will dig into what this means and how it can impact our lives as energetic beings. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event I believe we’re experiencing. Let’s dig in! What’s Happening in Today’s EpisodeChrist and the energy connected to Him have been misunderstood since he came here. Now you don’t have to believe in Christ, the person, to understand the energy and how it impacts us. There is continuity to the story of Christ, and the significance of lasting the test of time is important for non-believers. The existence of His story and its power is a reason to lean in and learn more about the mystery surrounding it. The energy of Christ represents our highest potential on Earth. How we navigate it and interact with it can greatly influence our life. I aim to explore this idea in detail. Here is a quick highlight of the main topics discussed:* Introduction to the Rising Christ Energy* Understanding Christ Energy* The Rising of Christ Energy* Navigating the Christ Energy* Why Christ Energy Matters* ConclusionLearning to lean into this energy can transform our lives and our world. It represents humanity's greatest potential, a loving, compassionate way of life instead of fear. For too long, fear has been the ruling force on the planet. The energy of Christ is here to transform fear into love. As always, with every episode of my show, I aim to share things that may resonate to be used in your life today. Compassion and empathy are something our world has slowly been developing. We’ve improved our way of life to bring more awareness to how we live, consider marginalized groups, and expand the rights of many beings on Earth. We still have much work to do, but there has been tremendous progress in the last 2000 years. But we’ve missed the mark on compassion and empathy towards ourselves—particularly people driven to achieve. In America, many driven beings wish to succeed, but they limit their ability to make the impact they desire because of their lack of compassion for themselves. This will be the topic of today’s show. Let’s dig in! What’s Happening in Today’s EpisodeCompassion and empathy have been on the rise in our society for some time now, but the area we lack deeply is related to ourselves. Many people learn to be compassionate towards others and the world around them. This is fantastic. But we will continue to suffer until we learn to apply the same love and empathy for ourselves that we do for others. Compassion for ourselves unlocks our potential and allows the wounds of our past to heal. All of our past lives within us, and until we embrace the fullness of our being, we will continue to struggle with depression and anxiety. Here is a quick highlight of the main topics discussed:* Introduction to the power of self-compassion and empathy for ourselves* Understanding Self-Compassion and Empathy* Why We Struggle with Self-Compassion and Empathy* The Importance of Self-Compassion and Empathy* Strategies to Cultivate Self-Compassion and Empathy* ConclusionWhen we learn to apply compassion and empathy towards ourselves, we allow the full expression of our Essence to shine through. All of us bring gifts and abilities into the world. We can see that reflected in ourselves as children. The pure expression of who we are. Slowly the world around us erodes at what lives within, and often by adulthood; we are but shells of ourselves. It doesn’t have to be this way. The way out is through love and empathy for ourselves. As always, with every episode of my show, I aim to share things that may resonate to be used in your life today. Self-deception is one of the great challenges humans face. Our ability to be conscious and aware separates us from the rest of the animal kingdom. But we can be very crafty about our ability to deny reality too. Our minds are powerful. They create the world we experience. If we don’t take the time to examine our minds and the things we believe, then we can spend most of our days in a haze of mistruth and deception. The good news is all of this can be challenged and uncovered. Sunlight is the best disinfectant. So awareness works like a powerful ray of light in our minds. Let’s dig in! What’s Happening in Today’s EpisodeThere are all types of lies we tell ourselves. This episode focuses on a few common ones and covers ways to root out the lies. The things discussed on the show can be applied to any self-deception we may find ourselves in. The idea is to be brave enough to observe ourselves and begin to challenge the lies we’ve accepted. We can almost always counter them with a reframe of truth that is loving and supportive. Too much of our life is spent living small and in fear because of these lies. Here is a quick highlight of the main topics discussed:* Introduction to navigating projection* Understanding projection: What is it, and why does it happen?* Spotting projection: Signs and red flags* The impact of projection on relationships and personal growth* Overcoming projection: Strategies for self-awareness and growth* How to deal with projections from others* ConclusionTaking the things we learn in the show and applying them to our lives is meant to empower the creation of what we desire. We are creative beings with incredible potential. All that can go to waste if we accept lies about who we are. For most of our lives, we’ve been lied to. Whether intentional or not, we must learn to uncover these things and root them out. Replacing them with loving ideas of power and growth. Anything can be accomplished with a persistent and loving approach. As always, with every episode of my show, I aim to share things that may resonate to be used in your life today.
